What is most useful to send
- A measurement problem. If you cannot tell whether your system is working, describe how you are currently deciding and where that breaks down.
- A question, not a proposal. We would rather start from the thing you want to know than from a scope document.
- Something we can read. A paper, a repository, a write-up of an approach that did not work — anything concrete beats a description.

New Jersey. We work with collaborators remotely and are happy to meet in person around New York.
